About The Position
Now accepting applications from recent nursing school graduates and those graduating this Fall/Winter 2026. Join our team as a New Graduate Nurse/RN at Lovelace Women's Hospital in Albuquerque, NM. Lovelace Women’s Hospital is a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award-winning breast care center and the first robotic surgery program in the state recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or Diploma of Nursing
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
- Eligible for licensure by examination.
- Graduate Nurse Permit or RN license issued by the NM Board of Nursing at the time of start date.
- Dual application to the ETP Nurse Residency Program and the unit of choice.

Responsibilities
- The Graduate Nurse provides nursing care to patients under the direct supervision of an RN.
