New Graduate RN - Acute Dialysis
About The Position
This role is for a New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Acute Critical Care Dialysis. The position offers an opportunity to bypass the standard medical-surgical route and enter a high-acuity specialty. As an Acute RN with DaVita, you will become the dialysis expert within a hospital setting, working autonomously in the ICU, CCU, and ED. You will collaborate with hospital intensivists and rapid response teams to provide life-saving care to patients with acute and end-stage renal disease. Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN).
- Active Ohio RN license (or eligible to sit for the NCLEX).
- A "team first" attitude, a passion for complex critical care, and a desire for continuous learning.
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible.
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced inpatient therapies including Hemodialysis, CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy), and Apheresis.
- Act as the subject matter expert while working alongside hospital multidisciplinary teams to adjust treatments and ensure top-tier quality outcomes.
- Rotate between premier hospital partners in the Columbus area and gain exposure to a variety of clinical units.
