New Graduate RN - Acute Dialysis
About The Position
This role is for a New Graduate RN in Acute Critical Care Dialysis. The nurse will work autonomously across ICU, CCU, and ED, and other acute care settings, collaborating with hospital intensivists and rapid response teams to provide life-saving care for patients with acute and end-stage renal disease. DaVita provides comprehensive paid training for 9-12 weeks through their Rise curriculum, covering hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis. The position also offers clinical ladders for professional and financial growth with advancement opportunities every 3 months.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN).
- Active Ohio RN license (or eligible to sit for the NCLEX).
- A "team first" attitude, a passion for complex critical care, and a desire for continuous learning.
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible.
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced inpatient therapies including Hemodialysis, CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy), and Apheresis.
- Act as the subject matter expert while working alongside hospital multidisciplinary teams to adjust treatments and ensure top-tier quality outcomes.
- Rotate between premier hospital partners in the Columbus area and gain exposure to a variety of clinical units.
