About The Position

Are you a new graduate Registered Nurse looking for a specialty where you can build critical skills and make an immediate difference? DaVita is seeking passionate new grad RNs to provide life-saving dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you’ll work directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. If you are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and start your career with a clinical leader in kidney care, we want you on our team!

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice (or upcoming NCLEX test date)
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• A strong desire to learn and build a career in a specialized acute care setting
• Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
• Collaborate with hospital teams, physicians, and DaVita clinical staff to advocate for patients.
• Monitor patients, adjust treatments in real-time, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Support and oversee patient care with the help of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
• Adapt and thrive in a dynamic hospital environment.
