About The Position

Are you a recent nursing graduate looking to build a strong clinical foundation? DaVita is seeking dedicated new grad RNs to provide specialized dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you’ll work directly with patients in the ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. If you are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and start your career on the front lines of critical care, we will give you the training and tools you need to succeed.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice (or recently graduated and preparing to take the NCLEX).
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and thrive in an acute care setting.
• Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available).

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
• Collaborate alongside experienced hospital teams and DaVita clinical mentors.
• Monitor patients, adjust treatments, and ensure quality outcomes in high-acuity settings.
• Support and oversee patient care with the help of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
• Build confidence and adaptability in a dynamic hospital environment.
