About The Position

This is a full-time position for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) who will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The role involves using evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. The position is located on a 16-bed adult bone marrow and cellular therapy unit that cares for patients with hematologic malignancies undergoing bone marrow/stem cell transplants, CAR-T Cell, and other investigational therapies. The team emphasizes inclusivity, teamwork, and exemplary patient care.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
