About The Position

At InHome Therapy (IHT), we provide new graduates with the mentorship, resources, and support needed to build confidence, grow skills, and launch a rewarding therapy career in home health. We are hiring multiple full-time licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Chicago, IL. This position is paid on a per-visit basis, with estimated annual salaries ranging from $94,000 to $116,000. We offer a structured clinical growth program with clinical pathways, ongoing mentorship, and a responsive support team to minimize administrative burdens. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and we also welcome experienced PTs seeking greater autonomy and impact.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes.
• Basic comfort with technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided).
