New Graduate Physical Therapist - Paid Mentorship & Clinical Development Program
About The Position
At InHome Therapy (IHT), new grads don't have to figure it out alone. We provide the mentorship, resources, and support needed to help you build confidence, grow your skills, and launch a rewarding therapy career in home health. We are hiring multiple full-time licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Chicago, IL. This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing (new graduates encouraged to apply!)
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes
- Basic comfort with technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided)
