Human Touch Home Health is seeking a New Graduate Physical Therapist to join their growing team serving Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Locust Grove, Massaponax, and surrounding communities. This role is ideal for a newly licensed therapist looking for a supportive environment to gain experience, build confidence, and make a meaningful impact. The position offers the opportunity to work directly with patients in their homes, helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence, while providing valuable clinical experience. The role combines the autonomy of home health with the support of an experienced clinical team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist License Required
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
• Strong Communication and Documentation Skills
• Passion for Delivering Exceptional Patient Care

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and discharge visits
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
