New Graduate Nurse Residency Program - Home Health & Hospice
About The Position
The University of Vermont Health Network Home Health & Hospice is offering a Nurse Residency Program designed to support new graduate nurses in their transition to competent clinicians. This program focuses on professional growth, developing critical thinking and leadership skills, and providing high-quality, compassionate care. Community Health Nurses in Adult Home Care deliver a wide range of skilled nursing services in patients' homes, working to the top of their licensure. The daily schedule is typically between 8 am and 4:30 pm. The team includes RNs, Physical Therapists, LPNs, LNAs, SLPs, Social Workers, and administrative support, all collaborating to help patients remain in their homes.
