About The Position

HDR is seeking individuals who desire to pursue a career in a culture that values employee ownership, collaboration, and making a positive impact. We aim to provide the necessary training, mentoring, and workload to develop professionals into fully competent service providers. We encourage our team members to be leaders in their technical expertise and to develop key consulting skills such as managing budgets and schedules, client communication, marketing, business development, and presentation skills. HDR offers over 40 in-house training programs to support professional development and career growth within the company. We are particularly interested in new graduates who are eager to contribute to HDR's future and who are looking for a career within a supportive, employee-owned culture. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
• Attention to detail
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
