About The Position

Dominion Dynamics is building the autonomy stack for the Arctic: integrated autonomy, sensing, communications, and command-and-control systems for defence and critical infrastructure. Early-career engineers here don't sit on the sidelines — you'll build real parts of real systems, alongside people who will push you to grow quickly. This is an opportunity for students, co-ops, or recent graduates who are builders, learn fast, and want to work on hard problems that actually ship to the field.

Requirements

• Evidence of building things (projects, hackathons, research, clubs, side work).
• Ability to learn new tools and domains quickly.
• Ability to take ownership and act without waiting for permission or a perfect spec.
• Interest in the mission and understanding why sovereign Canadian capability matters.

Nice To Haves

• CS or engineering student who ships side projects for fun.
• Experience in robotics, embedded systems, RF, ML, or fabrication.
• Desire for real ownership and mentorship, not a rotation program.
• A builder looking for their first serious mission.
