About The Position

St. Luke's is seeking enthusiastic BSN and ADN prepared nurses with less than 12 months of RN experience for our Medical, Surgical, and CSU (Float Pool) units, all of which are night shift. Our ICU/IMCU is seeking new grads graduating in December 2026, and may consider already licensed new grads. We are proud to have all our new graduate RNs go through our year-long STAR Residency Program that supports the transition from student nurse to professional nurse. This program offers opportunities to build relationships, develop clinical and leadership skills, and grow a community of fellow new graduates.

Requirements

• Nursing Degree
• RNs with less than 1 year of experience, at the time of hire into the RN position, must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (ACEN – Accreditation Commission of Education in Nursing, CCNE – Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education)
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider Card
