About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, delivering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside care in alignment with the nursing process and patient needs. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
- BLS required at hire
- ACLS required within 30-days.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
- Candidates should be prepared to adapt to a fast-paced environment with occasional periods of above-average pressure.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities
- Serves as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in directing other healthcare staff in the provision of safe, effective care.
- Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice while supporting patient goals.
- Ensures safety guidelines and work practices.
- Directs patient care, participates in hourly rounding and supervision of healthcare team members.
- Promotes safe and efficient patient throughput in a high-volume acute.
