About The Position

Dove Healthcare is excited to support newly graduated healthcare professionals through our New Grad Incentive Program! This program is available to full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Physical Therapists (PTs) who have graduated within the last 12 months. This benefit is designed to support student loan repayment and can be used at the employee's discretion.

Requirements

  • Must maintain full-time employment status
  • Must be a new graduate within the past 12 months

Nice To Haves

  • Program availability is at the discretion of the building administrator and Director of Nursing

Benefits

  • Reimbursement for licensing testing costs
  • LPNs: $250 per quarter (up to 5 years of employment; up to $5,000 total)
  • RNs & PTs: $500 per quarter (up to 5 years of employment; up to $10,000 total)
  • Support for student loan repayment
