About The Position
BAYADA is seeking motivated New Graduate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help new nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on one-on-one patient care and offers flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, and electronic charting. They provide in-depth paid training from day one, access to award-winning simulation labs, and strive to place nurses in assignments close to home with around-the-clock clinical support. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC) and is the only paid new graduate residency program in home care with this accreditation. As a non-profit organization, their priority is quality client care, and their Clinical Managers provide thorough training to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- CPR certification.
