About The Position
BAYADA is seeking passionate and dedicated New Graduate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help you flourish by learning new skills, growing with every challenge, succeeding in each assignment, and advancing in your nursing career. Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with adult and pediatric Simulation labs.
- Willingness to explore different patient populations and diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting via CubHub.
- Participate in in-depth paid training.
- Work with clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
- Provide care close to home with short commute times.
