New Grad Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (3-day work week)
About The Position
TotalCare Walk-In Clinic is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner for their Corona clinic. They are a multi-specialty medical group offering services in internal medicine, family medicine, cardiology, urgent care, and medical aesthetics, with a highly collaborative team of 25 providers across 8 locations. The clinic provides a supportive environment for both new grads and experienced providers to care for underserved communities around Southern California. This role offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation in primary care/urgent care while gaining hands-on experience with common procedures. The Medical Director hosts weekly provider meetings for feedback, case discussions, and sharing clinical research findings. A team of 6 MDs with 30+ years of experience provides clinical support in-person or via phone during all shifts. Highlights include structured onboarding with close physician mentorship and a dedicated training period, a team-based coverage model with no solo provider shifts, strong clinical support staff, and a collaborative workplace culture. There are no call duties or clinical inbox responsibilities, as administrative tasks are managed by a separate support team. The position offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across all age groups and backgrounds, with clinical exposure spanning both primary care and urgent care settings.
