New Grad Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (3-day work week)
About The Position
TotalCare Walk-In Clinic is a multi-specialty medical group offering services in internal medicine, family medicine, cardiology, urgent care, and medical aesthetics across 8 locations with a team of 25 providers. The clinic seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner for its Irvine clinic, providing a supportive environment for both new graduates and experienced providers to deliver care to underserved communities in Southern California. The role offers a chance to build a strong foundation in primary and urgent care, gaining hands-on experience with common procedures. The clinic fosters a collaborative culture with weekly provider meetings led by the Medical Director for feedback, case discussions, and clinical research updates. A team of 6 experienced MDs provides in-person or phone clinical support during all shifts. The position features structured onboarding with physician mentorship, a team-based coverage model with no solo shifts, strong clinical support staff, and no call duties or clinical inbox responsibilities as administrative tasks are handled by a separate team.
