About The Position

We are seeking a skilled New Construction Warranty Plumber to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified individual to work on new construction plumbing. As a key part of our new construction plumbing team, you will be responsible for performing warranty repairs on new construction plumbing to ensure customer satisfaction. You will need to have a thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, possess all the necessary tools, and be able to use specialized equipment such as cameras and snake machines.

Requirements

2-3 years’ experience with cameras and snake machines
Proven experience as a plumber, specifically in new construction and warranty service
Ability to use plumbing cameras, snake machines, and other necessary tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues during warranty periods
Use a plumbing camera and snake machine to inspect and clear drains
Perform warranty service work and resolve any plumbing-related concerns from customers
Maintain accurate records of work completed, including service calls and repairs
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with homeowners
Keep all tools and equipment in good working condition
