About The Position

At Wagner Subaru, we believe buying a vehicle should be enjoyable, transparent, and pressure-free. As the 5th oldest Subaru retailer in the United States, we've built our reputation on exceptional customer experiences, long-term relationships, and a team culture that's different from the traditional dealership environment. We have remained family owned and operated since opening our doors in 1958, and take pride in our culture built on honesty, empathy, appreciation, respect, and trust. We're looking for energetic, people-focused individuals who enjoy creating authentic relationships and helping others make informed decisions. As a Product Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted guide throughout the vehicle purchase process, educating customers on Subaru products, technology, safety features, and ownership benefits. No automotive sales experience is required.
