About The Position

Andy Mohr Buick GMC is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our high-volume new vehicle sales department. Requirements

Automotive New Car Sales Manager experience
Experience in a high-volume dealership required
Strong desking, leasing, and deal structuring skills
Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold sales teams accountable
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and profitability

Nice To Haves

Domestic franchise experience preferred
General Motors (GM) experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing new vehicle sales team
Desk and structure 75–100 deals per month
Maximize profitability through effective deal management and leasing strategies
Maintain CSI scores above regional averages
Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants
Ensure accountability to sales processes, CRM follow-up, and daily performance metrics
Collaborate with Finance and General Sales Manager to achieve dealership sales objectives
Monitor inventory, pricing, and sales performance to maximize results
