About The Position
BMW of Catonsville, a proud part of the MileOne Autogroup, is seeking a motivated, experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead its dynamic sales team. This role is for individuals passionate about performance vehicles, building high-performing teams, and exceeding customer expectations. Requirements
- 2+ years of automotive sales management experience (luxury brand required)
- Proven ability to close sales
- Customer-focused with the ability to “think on your feet”
- Ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematical skills
Responsibilities
- Hire, motivate, mentor and train the New & Used Sales team
- Work with the team to maintain sales profitability of New and/or Pre-Owned Vehicles
- Manage Customer Retention
- Establish and maintain performance standards
- Maintain NPS above market
