About The Position
Hyundai of Kirkland is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join their sales department. This role is for a proven automotive sales leader who can drive performance, motivate a team, and deliver consistent results. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive sales management experience or a strong multi-year track record as a top-performing sales professional. The New Car Sales Manager will direct daily sales operations, coach and develop the sales team, and ensure goals are met while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. Hyundai of Kirkland is a high-volume automotive dealership conveniently located off I-405 and is recognized as a Best Place to Work in Washington.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of New Car Sales Management experience
- Experience in DriveCentric is preferred
- Proficient with technology
- Driver’s License
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities
- Find new clientele and business
- Train and mentor those in the Sales Department
- Set and reach weekly / monthly goals
- Always provide world-class customer service to guests
- Prepare a daily plan for sales staff and follow up on progress
