About The Position

Tubbs Brothers is looking for an energetic, motivated leader to become our next New Car Sales Manager. This is a breakthrough opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Manager, Finance Manager (F&I), Team Leader, or Top-Producing Salesperson who is ready to step into a definitive management role. The dealership is looking for a builder who has the drive to reshape the sales culture, optimize digital leads, and grow market share. The dealership is located in Michigan’s beautiful, family-friendly Thumb region and is a well-established rural dealership ready for a resurgence. The dealership averaged 20 new and 35 used vehicles per month, down from a peak of 40 new and 60 used vehicles per month.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in automotive sales
  • Proficiency with modern dealership CRMs, digital retailing tools, and internet lead management
  • Ability to implement structured sales processes, desk deals, and hold the team accountable
  • A positive motivator who leads by example on the showroom floor, not just from behind a desk
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships in a small-town environment
