Rare Opening for a New Car Sales Manager at our busy Baltimore Chevrolet Dealership! Salary commensurate with experience. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our winning team, our ideal candidate must have above average knowledge in new and used cars. Chevrolet experience is a plus. Requirements

Auto knowledge a must
Highly motivated and driven individual
High energy and must be organized
Prior sales management experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment in a team setting
Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Nice To Haves

Chevrolet experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Desk deals, track gross logs, and RDR cars
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
Provide excellent customer service to potential car buyers
Assist sales professionals in selecting the right vehicle for client
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale and finance with clients
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for car sales transactions
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions
