About The Position

We are looking for Sales Consultants that share in our passion and vision to transform the automotive purchase experience. We believe there is a better way to buy and sell vehicles and we are searching for women and men who want to help in this endeavor. Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. This position is 100% on site at Longo Toyota in El Monte, CA.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong ability to work in a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Occupational Sales License and a California Driver’s License while maintaining an acceptable, safe, driving record
• Superior communication and customer service skills, effective via email and telephone
• Excellent follow-through skills
• Attention to detail for accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a team driven atmosphere
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with an acceptable and safe driving record.
