About The Position

Billion Automotive, a family-owned business since 1935, is a growing multi-state organization with over 25 locations in Iowa, Minnesota, and South Dakota. We are currently hiring New Car Sales Consultants who are looking for a role with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for advancement. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and delivering vehicles, processing sales orders and paperwork, maintaining customer relationships, and staying updated on industry products and services.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License
Clean Driving Record
Strong Customer Service Skills
Basic computer & phone skills
Strong desire to serve our guests for a lifetime

Responsibilities

Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
Keeps up-to-date on new products and services within the industry.
Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Maintains a prospect development system.
Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
