About The Position
Join our fast-paced Reconditioning and Detailing Department as a New Car Preparation & Lot Attendant Specialist. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for the final preparation of new vehicles before customer delivery, while also supporting lot organization and vehicle flow-ensuring each vehicle meets the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and accessibility.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background test
Responsibilities
- Perform full exterior and interior cleaning of new vehicles prior to customer delivery
- Apply protective treatments to paint, leather, fabric, and glass as needed
- Ensure new vehicles are spotless, polished, and showroom-ready
- Safely operate and maintain detailing equipment and cleaning products
- Organize and maintain vehicle placement on the lot for optimal flow and presentation
- Move, park, and retrieve vehicles as needed for sales, service, and deliveries
- Monitor lot condition, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
- Assist with inventory organization and vehicle tracking
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
