About The Position
Our busy body shop in Virginia Beach is now hiring for a full time Lot Attendant. This position combines work in the Wash Bay, insuring that our customers receive their vehicles back in the best possible condition. This is a Monday through Friday, 7AM to 4PM, position. Position pays $15/hour.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License, with 2 or fewer moving violations
- Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Responsibilities
- Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows, and wipes down doorjambs
- Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris
- Cleans engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents
- Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation
