Pay Range: $75,000 - 90,000 + Uncapped Commission Job Summary Are you a proven sales professional who thrives on creating opportunities, opening doors, and closing new business? We're seeking a highly motivated New Business Sales Consultant to identify, develop, and win new client relationships while representing industry-leading print, fabrication, and visual communication solutions. This is a true hunter role designed for someone who enjoys prospecting, building executive-level relationships, and turning opportunities into revenue. You'll focus on generating new business, uncovering client needs, presenting customized solutions, and closing deals that make a measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful business development or consultative sales experience
  • Proven track record of generating net-new business and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence engaging executives and navigating complex sales cycles
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to win
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Printing, signage, marketing services, visual communications, or related industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
  • Prospect, network, and build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and goals
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and solution recommendations
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting through close
  • Maintain an active pipeline and accurate forecasts using CRM tools
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
