We are seeking an experienced and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to work in our acreage homesite community in Needville, Texas! The ideal candidate will excel in securing contracts and guiding clients through the sales transaction and closing procedures. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can build strong relationships, develop Realtor contact programs to facilitate sales, and ensure a positive experience for our customers. In this position, you will monitor model and inventory homes, actively participate in weekly and monthly meetings to drive continuous improvement, and maintain high company standards. We want a self-motivated leader who can provide competitive market analysis, keep stakeholders informed with regular updates, and is ready to make a difference and grow with our company.
