About The Position

We’re Leaky’s. We do plumbing, HVAC, and water treatment for homes and businesses. We’re growing and need someone whose job is simple: Go get new business. This is not customer service. This is not order-taking. This is outbound, face-to-face, new account sales. Leaky’s Plumbing & HVAC, formerly Rowe Heating & Air Conditioning, is under new ownership and is committed to delivering high-quality plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services to its commercial and residential customers. Requirements

  • You’re comfortable hearing “no” and moving on
  • You don’t need someone managing your calendar
  • You can walk into a business cold and start a conversation
  • You follow up and do what you say you’ll do
  • You want to build a real sales career, not “try sales”

Responsibilities

  • Cold call 1.5–2 hours a day
  • Walk into businesses and introduce yourself
  • Follow up until you get a yes or a clear no
  • Meet homeowners and commercial clients in person
  • Build quotes, close work, get signatures
  • Turn one-time jobs into repeat accounts and service agreements
