About The Position

Rolling Suds of Ventura is seeking a hungry, self-motivated Commercial Business Development Manager to drive growth across Ventura County and nearby markets. This is a high-activity hunter role designed for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals in the field. You won’t be behind a desk — you’ll be out in the community identifying opportunities and developing partnerships with property managers, HOAs, industrial facilities, retail centers, hotels, schools, churches, and commercial property owners . Rolling Suds specializes in complex commercial exterior cleaning solutions , including: Pressure washing and surface cleaning Parking Lot Cleaning Commercial window cleaning Roof cleaning Solar panel cleaning Gutter and drainage maintenance We are building the premier commercial exterior cleaning company in Ventura County, and this role is a key part of that growth.

Requirements

  • Comfortable speaking with executives, property managers, and HOA board members
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience 2+ years in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Local knowledge of Ventura County is highly desirable.

  • Experience with commercial services, construction, property management, or facilities is a major plus

Responsibilities

  • New Business Development Identify and aggressively pursue new commercial accounts across the territory
  • Prospect through cold calling, site visits, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Consultative Sales & Closing Conduct on-site property assessments and develop solutions for client needs
  • Collaborate with operations to prepare proposals and pricing
  • Present proposals and close new service agreements
  • Drive both one-time project revenue and recurring maintenance contracts
  • Relationship & Territory Growth Develop long-term partnerships with property managers, HOA boards, and facility leaders
  • Become a trusted advisor for exterior maintenance solutions
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
  • Brand Representation Represent Rolling Suds with professionalism, urgency, and a “get-it-done” mindset
  • Serve as the face of the company in the commercial community
  • Help establish Rolling Suds as the go-to commercial provider in the region
