About The Position

You know how to get the meeting. We'll help close the deal. This is a rare opportunity for a motivated sales professional who wants to prove themselves, earn more, and expand their role over time. Flex-Able Solutions provides top-tier fractional support in finance and human resources to growing businesses, and we’re looking for someone who can confidently open doors with owners, presidents, and executive decision-makers. You must have a track record of success initiating conversations with small business owners and presidents. You know how to earn trust, uncover opportunities, and have done it through cold calling, networking, and social selling. Experience selling services or consultative solutions into growing businesses is a strong plus. This role emphasizes business development, prospecting, and qualifying opportunities, with the flexibility to take on more of the sales process over time, including deeper discovery, solution discussions, and greater ownership of opportunities based on performance and capability. You work well independently, understand the importance of sales activity metrics, and thrive in an environment where expectations are clear and accountability matters. This is a hybrid role based in the Twin Cities. Occasional in-person meetings and team collaboration will be expected. You’ve previously earned at least $120K in base plus commissions, and you’re motivated to earn more.
