About The Position

Cabinetry Unlimited, a leader in Custom Cabinetry and Countertops for over 50 years, is seeking a driven B2B sales professional to join their team in Selbyville, Delaware. This role focuses on growing and managing a sales territory for cabinetry solutions, targeting multi-family developers, residential builders, and remodeling contractors. The position offers uncapped earning potential through a commission system and the opportunity to work and live near the beach.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in outside B2B sales & business development with a proven ability to hunt for new business.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for client site visits.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of cabinetry or interior finishes is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with 2020 Design Flex software or similar tools is preferred.
  • Understanding of cabinet production and assembly is a plus but can be learned upon joining.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and cultivate new B2B accounts in the residential and multi-family markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, property managers, architects, and interior designers.
  • Measure floor plans, develop cabinetry designs with the Design Team, and create detailed financial proposals.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide expert guidance on cabinetry trends, materials, and finishes.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring smooth project execution and addressing issues.
