New Business Coordinator / Seasonal
About The Position
Garity Advantage Agency is a fast-paced, growing insurance marketing organization located conveniently right off route 3 on the Norwell/Rockland line. We are looking for individuals with data entry experience starting immediately through Mid-December. The position is to assist during our busy annual enrollment period when volumes are significantly higher. We have part-time seasonal positions available. The ideal candidate will be available to work 9am-5pm, however partial days are available. We are open 5 days a week Monday through Friday. Occasionally additional hours are available on Saturday mornings, if interested, but are not required. This position requires you to work in our office, at our Norwell location.

Responsibilities
- Primarily processing new health insurance applications, which consists of reviewing the application to make sure information is accurate and complete, entering the enrollment data into our data base and sending the application to the correct health insurance carrier.
- At times there may be other tasks that will need to be completed, which you would be trained in.
