Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in heavy-duty truck or bus sales or a related industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Computer Proficient and Microsoft Office suite proficient.
  • Valid CDL and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the bus sales sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients, attending industry events, and leveraging networking channels.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of vehicle specifications, features, and capabilities to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiries to post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to coordinate sales efforts, resolve customer issues, and optimize business processes.
