About The Position

JUUT Salonspa is seeking individuals who have completed or are about to complete cosmetology training and are eager to advance their careers in a high-end salon environment. The New Artist Training Program offers mentorship from experienced artists, hands-on training in advanced cutting and color techniques, and a supportive culture focused on craft and excellence. This program is designed to develop stylists and color technicians into confident, skilled, and creative professionals. The program begins September 29, 2026, and upon successful completion, graduates will have the opportunity to launch their careers at one of JUUT's Twin Cities locations or in Palo Alto, CA. Graduates are projected to earn 25% more than the industry average.

Requirements

Completed cosmetology training or about to complete it.
Hunger for more than basic skills.
Desire for mentorship from working artists.
Interest in hands-on training in advanced cut and color techniques.
Passion for hair.
Eagerness to learn.
Readiness to put in the work to become exceptional.

Participate in structured, hands-on training led by experienced JUUT artists and educators.
Receive advanced technical education in cutting, color, texture, and finishing.
