About The Position

Cintas is seeking a New Account Installer to help ensure new customers are highly satisfied with its products and services. The role coordinates the initial product delivery after an account is sold, installs and repairs bulk product dispensers, and places uniforms, floor mats, and other products in locations agreed upon with the customer. The installer helps establish excellent service in each customer relationship, drives a company-owned van or truck between customer locations, and lifts, walks, and delivers products within customer businesses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Meet all Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver's license before the first day of employment.
• Be at least 21 years of age before the first day of employment.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification before the first day of employment.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment before the first day of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry.
• Route sales experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Plumbing experience.
• Availability to start within two weeks after an offer is made and accepted.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and other Cintas departments to coordinate the initial delivery of products after an account is sold.
• Install and repair bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools.
• Leave uniforms, floor mats, and other products in a location mutually agreed upon with the customer.
• Set a tone of excellent service for every customer relationship.
• Drive a company-owned van or truck to and from new customer locations.
• Lift, walk, and deliver new products within customer businesses.
