Requirements

High School Diploma
2+ years of Consumer Goods Industry experience
Ability to use common business software (i.e., Google Office Suite, Excel and SAP)

Nice To Haves

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Computer Systems, Finance, or Tax
1+ year of Finance function experience
1+ year of data management experience
Master Data Management experience
Ability to manage multiple activities and set priorities

Responsibilities

Process and prepare documentation for inquiries received via email and AODOCS for customer business account set up, which includes changes and updates.
Perform testing for customer Master Data Management activities in SAP and the Customer Business Account portal.
Act as point of contact for Finance, Sales, CXEC for reporting related to master data attribute standards for customer business accounts.
Resolve customer hierarchy issues, and payment issues driven by MDM or Customer credit card issues
Run and review monthly audit reports and reconciliations, and address procedural errors found to prevent future issues.
Answer queue calls and reply to emails related to customer business accounts.
Add or change customer credit card information
