About The Position

Reproductive Freedom for All (Formerly NARAL Pro-Choice America) has been fighting to protect and expand reproductive freedom for over 55 years. With over 4 million members nationwide, the organization advocates for access to abortion and contraception, believing that every person should have the freedom to make their own decisions about family planning. Reproductive Freedom for All prioritizes diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in its work and holds itself accountable for achieving reproductive freedom with equitable access for all. As the oldest and largest national membership organization focused on abortion access, it organizes and mobilizes millions to defend reproductive freedom, holds accountable those who oppose it, and works to elect champions for reproductive freedom while advancing supportive legislation at state and federal levels.

Requirements

Previous grassroots organizing experience (professional or volunteer) or a demonstrated interest in organizing.
Excited to engage with the community and discuss reproductive rights in various formats (1:1, groups, phone, in-person).
Interest in gaining professional experience in politics and organizing.
Willingness to work some nights and weekends for campaign events.
Open to attending events in-person.
Currently lives in the city where the position is located (Las Vegas, NV or Reno, NV).
Passion for reproductive freedom and protecting civil rights.
Demonstrated commitment to contributing to a workplace environment where diversity is valued and supported.

Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Recruit volunteers and members via community events, phone banking, canvassing, and all direct voter outreach activities as directed by staff.
Meet with emerging volunteer leaders 1:1 to plan direct voter contact activities.
Host and/or attend phone banks, canvassing, and political events to advance 2026 Reproductive Freedom for All priorities.
Attend department meetings and trainings.
Track work using the project management tool, Voter Activation Network (VAN).
