About The Position
Reproductive Freedom for All (Formerly NARAL Pro-Choice America) has been fighting to protect and expand reproductive freedom for over 55 years. With over 4 million members nationwide, the organization advocates for access to abortion and contraception, believing that everyone should have the freedom to make decisions about their families. Reproductive Freedom for All centers diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in its work and holds itself accountable for achieving reproductive freedom with equitable access for all. As the oldest and largest national membership organization focused on abortion access advocacy, it organizes and mobilizes millions to defend reproductive freedom, holds "bad actors" accountable, and works to elect champions for reproductive freedom while advancing related legislation at state and federal levels.
Requirements
- Previous grassroots organizing experience (professional or volunteer) or a demonstrated interest in organizing
- Excited to get out into the community and talk to people 1:1 or in groups, over the phone or in-person, about reproductive rights
- Interested in gaining professional experience in politics and organizing
- Willing to work some nights and weekends to attend campaign events
- Open to attending events in-person, and currently lives in the city where the position is located
- Has a passion for reproductive freedom and protecting civil rights
- Has a demonstrated commitment to contributing to a workplace environment in which diversity is valued and supported

Responsibilities
- Recruit volunteers and members via community events, phone banking, canvassing, and all direct voter outreach activities and as directed by the Reproductive Freedom for All staff
- Meet with emerging volunteer leaders 1:1 to plan direct voter contact activities
- Host and/or attend phone banks, canvassing, and any political events assigned or approved by supervisor, to move 2026 Reproductive Freedom for All priorities forward
- Attend department meetings and trainings
- Track work using project management tool, Voter Activation Network (VAN)
