About The Position

Rapid Medical is a commercial-stage neurovascular medical device company focused on changing stroke treatment with its active, adjustable thrombectomy technology. This technology provides physicians with real-time control during clot removal from the brain in ischemic stroke and is also used for treating complex aneurysms without permanent implants. The company's TIGERTRIEVER and COMANECI platforms are utilized in leading stroke centers globally. The U.S. commercial team, based in Southlake, TX, with global headquarters in Israel, is rapidly expanding to increase access to life-saving stroke care. The work of the field team directly impacts patient outcomes by addressing the critical time factor in stroke treatment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Medical device sales or clinical-support experience (years vary by level).
  • Comfort in the hospital/procedural environment and ability to maintain vendor credentialing to hospital standards.
  • Strong listening, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic, problem-solving mindset and high self-motivation.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and active auto liability insurance.
  • Ability to travel 40–60% within the assigned territory.
  • Neurovascular/vascular experience strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales Specialist: About 2+ years of medical device experience and comfort in the procedural/hospital environment.
  • Associate Territory Manager: About 2+ years of medical device sales experience.
  • Territory Manager: 5+ years of medical device sales experience (neurovascular/vascular ideal), with a track record of driving the sales process from plan to close and exceeding targets.
  • Senior Territory Manager: Extensive medical device sales experience, a strong neurovascular background, and demonstrated top-tier quota performance.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow relationships with neurointerventional physicians, hospital stroke teams, and key accounts across your territory.
  • Establish a daily cadence in your accounts through sales calls, case coverage, stroke-call support, and clinical education.
  • Provide in-servicing and procedural/clinical support in and around procedure rooms and neuro-suites.
  • Identify, qualify, and grow new business, driving adoption of Rapid Medical technologies.
  • Partner with your Regional Manager on territory strategy, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Represent Rapid Medical at society meetings and trade shows.
  • Keep accurate activity, case-coverage, and account records.
