About The Position
Riverside Medical Group is currently seeking a full-time Neurosurgeon to join their well-respected team at Riverside Hampton Roads Neurological and Spine Specialists in Newport News, Virginia. This practice is one of the largest neurosurgery practices in the region, offering a comprehensive neurological and spine network. The recruited surgeon will practice at Riverside Regional Medical Center, the system's largest hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume, high-acuity settings. Riverside Health System includes 4 hospitals, a lifelong health division, and over 100 ambulatory practices.
Requirements
- Licensed Medical Doctor – State of Virginia
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Current DEA
- Residency in Neurosurgery
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Collaborative approach with other physicians and APPs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Commitment to safety and quality
