About The Position
Join a well-established, physician-led neuroscience program with 30 years of history serving Southern Arizona. You'll practice complex spine surgery, neurotrauma, skull base surgery, and cerebrovascular care alongside a cohesive, multidisciplinary team, backed by state-of-the-art technology and a dedicated Physician Assistant, Medical Assistant, and Program Coordinator assigned to your practice. A neurosurgeon-led Neuroendovascular team manages stroke and cerebrovascular services, letting you focus on your clinical practice while benefiting from comprehensive neuroscience support. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure

Responsibilities
- Practice complex spine surgery, neurotrauma, skull base surgery, and cerebrovascular care.
- Manage stroke and cerebrovascular services.
- Conduct clinic on non-operative days.
- Perform inpatient rounding before clinic and between cases as needed.
- Perform 4-6 surgeries per week on average, higher while on call.
- Provide call coverage for Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital (Level I Trauma Center) on a 1:5 rotation, one-week blocks (Monday–Monday).
- Utilize ORs with Intraoperative CT and BrainLab BrainSuite technology.
- Utilize ORs with comprehensive neuronavigation capabilities.
