About The Position
We are seeking a Neurosurgery Physician Assistant for a Locum Tenens position in Modesto, CA. This role involves outpatient coverage with a call-only schedule, providing supplemental support from ASAP through December 31, 2026. The position requires a Physician Assistant with experience in neurosurgery, specifically in EVD and ICP monitor placement, first assisting in cranial and spine surgeries, and patient evaluation, documentation, and follow-up with physicians. The facility is a Trauma Level II hospital with RN support and is stroke certified. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered.
Requirements
- Board Certified (BC)
- Licensed in CA
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
Responsibilities
