About The Position
Advanced Pain Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Neurosurgery team in Killeen, with required travel to Waco. This role involves managing and coordinating healthcare for pain management patients, adhering to state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis, developing and implementing treatment plans, and evaluating patient status.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited NP or PA Program
- Texas NP or PA License
- Texas Medical Board Certification
- DEA license
- NPI number
- Current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong computer skills and ability to effectively navigate Electronic Medical Record
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to think independently and make sound decisions
- TX APRN or PA
