About The Position

We are seeking a Neurosurgeon to provide 24-hour call coverage for neurosurgery services. This locum tenens position involves providing clinical care and taking call for a period of 14 days per month. The role includes performing spinal and cranial surgeries, rounding on 5-10 inpatients daily, and managing emergent surgeries and admissions. Collaboration with orthopedic-spinal surgeons and neurosurgery APPs is expected.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Neurosurgery
• Active Michigan license or Universal License (IMLC) with clean background
• ACLS certification
• Fellowship trained with minimum 2-3 years experience
• Clean malpractice background
• NPDB self-query required
• Hospital Privileges Required
