About The Position

A trauma and acute neurosurgery practice, with an elective component, in an ACS-verified Level II Trauma Center. The practice offers a flexible schedule with 15 days per month of work and no additional call requirement. The position is located in a new facility with top-of-the-line ER, OR, and inpatient spaces, and an accredited Stroke Center. There is a wide range of subspecialty support available. The location offers access to the beach, sport fishing, birding, and boating. Texas has no state income tax, and Corpus Christi's cost of living is almost 20% below the national average.

Requirements

• Board Certified/Eligible in neurosurgery.
• Current experience in trauma.

Responsibilities

• Perform trauma and acute neurosurgery.
• Engage in elective neurosurgery.
• Provide care in an ACS-verified Level II Trauma Center.
• Work with a full-time, experienced APP.
• Work 15 days per month with no additional call requirement.
